Welcome to Villa Paris! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and staying at our hotel. By making a booking with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is not confirmed until we contact you directly to verify and confirm your reservation details. This final confirmation will be sent to you via email or phone, including your reservation details, the room type, and the total amount due.
1.2 Room Pricing
- The room price is based on double occupancy, meaning it covers the stay for up to two adults.
- Some rooms have the option to accommodate additional guests:
- Additional Adult (Third Person): A charge of 50 BGN per night applies.
- Child (3-12 years old): A charge of 25 BGN per night applies.
- Children under 3 years: Stay free of charge when using existing beds or provided cribs.
1.3 Payment Options
- Bank Transfer: Guests may pay via bank transfer. The full payment must be received up to 5 business days after the booking confirmation to guarantee the reservation. Please use your booking reference number or your name as the payment reference to ensure proper allocation.
1.4 Reception Hours
- The reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Reservations and booking confirmations can only be made during these hours.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
2.1 Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge from the date of booking up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Modifications: Any changes to the reservation, including date modifications, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If the modification request is made within 5 days of the arrival date and results in a cancellation of one or more nights, the late cancellation fee will apply.
- Refunds: For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
2.2 No-Show Policy
- If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1 Check-In
- Check-in time is from 14:00. Early check-in (12:00) is subject to availability and will incur a charge of 30% of the room’s nightly rate.
3.2 Check-Out
- Check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out (16:00) may be available upon request, subject to availability, and will incur a charge of 30% of the room’s nightly rate.
4. Changes to Your Booking
- If you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting the check-in or check-out date, please contact us as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Children and Extra Beds
- Children under 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds or provided cribs.
- Children aged 3-12 years can stay for an additional charge of 25 BGN per night.
- An additional adult (third person) can stay for an extra charge of 50 BGN per night.
6. Pets
- Pets are not allowed at Villa Paris.
7. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, and other guests. Villa Paris reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if a guest’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
- This hotel has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking in rooms or any indoor areas will result in a fee of THREE TIMES the room’s nightly rate.
8. Liability
- Villa Paris is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings. Please use the in-room safes where provided.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the hotel property during their stay.
9. Force Majeure
- Villa Paris is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Bulgaria.
12. Amendments
- Villa Paris reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
